Barbecues and Bundt Cakes

Every year, usually in the spring, we have employee appreciation events in all of our Stampin’ Up! offices. Last week I got to attend two barbecue lunches (one in Riverton and one in Kanab). Check out the desserts…and their packaging! It was nice to express gratitude and to visit with coworkers and see so many cheerful faces.

In preparation of the events, many employees were nominated by their coworkers to receive a Heart of Stampin’ Up! award. Sara and I read LOTS (more than any other year) of nominations from all of our offices, and we were touched by the stories shared of employees who make a difference inside and outside the workplace. How grateful I am to associate with such wonderful people!

What cute decorations! I love the cupcake boxes. Your staff has been blessed with the best! I always love when you post about the staff we don't always get to see, warehouse employees, folks at Kanab. Of course we love the corporate office staff and those we've interacted with over the years at conventions, regionals, Leadership and OnStages and we know how hard they work for us and the company, but it truly is because of all the faces and dedication and hard work of the faces we never see that really keep us rolling. Thank you Stampin' Up! staff for all you do for the company, for us the demonstrators. We DO appreciate it! (Shelly, please never stop sharing about your visits with staff, sharing photos of the people we don't get the chance to see and know. I love these posts!)

That is so awesome of SU to do the employee appreciation. Love the Bundt cakes. I work for Nordic Ware the maker of the Bundt pans so is especially nice to see people enjoying them.
