Oops!

Oops! I was reading your comments a moment ago and realized the entry I thought I'd posted Sunday evening didn't get posted. When I checked to see what happened, it was obvious I didn't click the "published" button, so the entry was sitting out in LaLa Land. You should now be able to find Part Two in it's proper place. I'm so sorry!

I enjoy reading your blog. I'm sure you've addressed this with your demonstrators, but as a customer I would like to hear an explanation for the huge backorder issue with the Big Shot dies. I'm so unhappy that I am going to have to wait maybe 2 months for my Top Note die. Most companies don't charge you for a backordered item until the item is shipped. It doesn't seem right that Stampin Up has my money for this long and I don't have the product. What is going on?
Thank you for reading my comment.

Note from Shelli: Thank you for your comment. As you noted, we have communicated to our demonstators regarding the Big Shot backorder situation, and we're thrilled that the machine (and die cute) should be out of back order soon. We do have legal obligations regarding back ordered products, and your demonstrator should be in touch with you when a product is backordered after a certain length of time to ask if you'd like your money back or if you'd like to continue to wait for the product. I wasn't able to identify who you were from this comment, or I would have asked someone from our Contact Center to call you or have your demonstrator call you, but if you read this, give your demonstrator a call. I'm so sorry that you've had to wait. I'm sure you understand that that is never something we want!

You did a wonderful job on answering some of the questions the host was throwing at you, Shelli! "What do you do if you don't have a die cut machine?" she asks. Our champion Shelli responds, "I suggest you call a demonstrator!" PERFECT!!! LOL!It was great to see a pro in action.
