No Phoebe Info Yet. . .

Thank you all so much for your congratulations and well wishes! I've returned from Australia with a great love for the Australian people, a wonderful appreciation for Australian food, and an icky case of flu--which I won't blame on Australia. (smile)

After we returned home yesterday, we stopped by Shalae's to see Phoebe and realized while I was there that I had a temperature. We left very quickly, but I did get a chance to see my newest grandbaby. She's beautiful! I will post a picture, as well as more information, as soon as I feel better.

Right now, I'm headed to bed to nurse a fever, aching back, congestion, headache, and a bad case of feeling-sorry-for-myself because I can't be helping Shalae and Phoebe (and Jon, Ashton, and Cooper too!).

Thank you again for all your kind comments--have a wonderful day and we'll talk more soon. . . .

I am so sorry you are not feeling well and that you had to cut your visit with your new sweetie so short. Congratulations on another grandchild! I am looking forward to the pictures!

Congratulations on the little one Shelli! So have you had the party with all the cute little things you were showing us on stage at convention yet? Hopefully you feel better soon and can enjoy her to the fullest! Hugs, Alise

Oh, no on the flu. Maybe it's a returning from Australia thing because I had the worst flu ever when I got back. My husband I were just talking about it the other day and he said it was the sickest he had ever seen me. I hope you get better soon. I think Tamiflu was the only thing that got it out of my system. It's probably more due to all of the recirculated air on the plane.

Congrats on Phoebe!

Shelli,
So sorry to hear you are sick. Congratulations on the new grandbaby. Isn't it strange what our mothers said about having grandchildren is true. Like: it is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I think being a grandma is the best job ever. It is even better than they said. Hope you get feeling better soon .

May God bless you and make you feeling chipper soon. I know how you feel about not being able to help but you need to take care of you first before you can be of help to the wee one and her mommy. Rest up and feel better! I love reading your blog and want you to know you have really inspired me to reach for my goals not only in stampin' but with my family as well. Love you and God bless

I'm sure there are worse things in life than not being able to cuddle a new grandchild, especially because you are sick yourself, but this is pretty sad. Hoping you are better soon. The pictures are beautiful!!

We have a particularly bad flu going around at the moment, one of my customers is only just recovering and she got it 2 weeks ago!
We'll let you blame the Australians!

Shelli, Phoebe is beautiful. What a gift.
Your invitations and announcements are equally as beautiful. Get some rest, I will see you next week.
