No Phoebe Info Yet. . .

Thank you all so much for your congratulations and well wishes! I've returned from Australia with a great love for the Australian people, a wonderful appreciation for Australian food, and an icky case of flu--which I won't blame on Australia. (smile)

After we returned home yesterday, we stopped by Shalae's to see Phoebe and realized while I was there that I had a temperature. We left very quickly, but I did get a chance to see my newest grandbaby. She's beautiful! I will post a picture, as well as more information, as soon as I feel better.

Right now, I'm headed to bed to nurse a fever, aching back, congestion, headache, and a bad case of feeling-sorry-for-myself because I can't be helping Shalae and Phoebe (and Jon, Ashton, and Cooper too!).

Thank you again for all your kind comments--have a wonderful day and we'll talk more soon. . . .

Hope you are feeling better soon. Moms are not supposed to get sick. Take heart that new babies stay all new and smelling good so a least a month or so. I am sure you did the right thing by not exposing the family to your illness..it was very like you to do that. Hope your family knows what a gem of a mom/grandma they have.

My prayers for all of you.

Hope you feel better real soon so you can enjoy more of Phoebe. We have a case of that virus going around also around here, and on the first day of school no less! Oh well, take care and TFS despite feeling under the weather.

congratulations on the safe arrival of Phoebe. I know she will be such a joy in all your lives.
Rest up Shelli and beat that flu bug in record time. I'm glad you had a great time in Australia on the IT.
Cheers,

Oh no, you have the flu too! I think several of the IT girls (and my hubby) have come down with it too. Maybe we can blame it on the airconditioning on the plane!

Those darn koalas....
LOL..seriously, hope you feel better really soon. Try some Oil of Oregano..about 5 drops under the tongue a few times a day. It is magic..a lot of us flight attendants use it. Tastes REALLY awful but it works! You can get it in the Health Food Stores.
