The new card is great. The new header for the season is wonderful... full of creative energy. Brightens my spirits just checking in. thanks because economic issues are hammering my friends [who are all teachers] / customers right now. It really helps to have one person that looks happy right now. Teachers are incredibly creative people and right now they are getting hammered all over the nation. I'm talking hammered like shortened contracts, no collective bargaining, revocation of contracts, reductions in benefits and pensions, reduction in force. For many families they have been the security blanket for carrying the health benefits but all this is being revoked! Pension plans are being wiped out for people who've made a commitment to 30, 40 years of working with other people's children. That gentle loving creative woman that took care of you when you were 8 or took care of your child when s/he was 8 is being shoved into poverty and charitable handouts. Pretty soon teachers are going to be the charity that all of us are supporting. All prayers are accepted with humble gratitude.
So beautiful! I was torn between this stamp set and punch bunch when I placed my order last month. If I can get one more order in before the end of the month- it will include this stamp set. Your work is always beautiful!
Love the vintage look of your design and the stamp set--on both card 1 and 2. I haven't played with my new "Bliss" stamps yet but hope to stamp with them tomorrow!
