An Unexpected and Happy Visit

At the last minute, Shanna and her twins were able to come for five days and spend Thanksgiving with us at the Marriott Ko’Olina. It was the perfect way for Sterling to recuperate! While he got lots of hugs from adorable grandchildren, he spent most of his time resting and napping while Shanna and I were at the pool and the beach with the kids. Liam and Abilgail were like little fish and loved playing in the sand for hours. Shanna got more sleep than usual and was able to workout while I played hide-and-go-seek with the kids and read books to them. It was sad to see them walk away at the airport tonight, but we’re grateful for the unexpected and happy visit!

WOW! Please tell Shanna I think she looks AMAZING! So glad the "babies" (not so much actually babies anymore, huh?) are healthy, and they were able to come out and visit and play :-) Sending thoughts of health and vitality for Sterling. And, I wanted to mention two natural products that I've come across that I think are both supposed to work well for stroke prevention and recovery: DMSO, and MMS. As those are both potent detox agents, ensure good hydration with proper electrolytes, and make sure the liver is well supported.

Elder and Sister Gardner,
I'm so excited that you were able to have Shanna and the twins visit. There is nothing that senior missionaries enjoy more than those visits from family (so glad the church allows those visits!) We so enjoyed visits from our grand kids and their parent while in the Philippines.
Hope all is going well on your mission! The mission office can be hectic, but so enjoyable!
